Quality Control Procedures
|
Quality is our highest priority. We pride
ourselves on producing high quality parts that meet or exceed the customer requirements.
Our full time inspectors routinely conduct first article inspections, in-process
inspections with the machine operators, and inspect 100% of the finished parts produced in
our shop to insure that the parts are well within the customer requirements. |
Our inspection equipment
which is calibrated on a periodic basis, insures the accuracy required by our customers.
We can handle both English and Metric prints and provide any level of reporting
requirements our customers have such as material certifications and final inspection
reports. |
