Capabilities

We have the most advanced CNC equipment
available. Our newest vertical CNC mill is a Takisawa MAC-V40 with 21M Fanuc control, 15
hp motor, a work envelope of 650mm x 410mm x 460mm, with rigid tapping capability. Our
Takisawa CNC lathe can swing 500mm and handle parts up to 620mm between centers. |
All of our CNC machines
are programmed using the latest version of Mastercam. We can accept your IGS or DXF files
via e-mail and provide quality parts based on those specifications. Our programmers have
been fully trained in Mastercam and have many years of experience in the precision
machining industry running both CNC and manual equipment.
